This wine is made from Primitivo grapes, from ancient vineyards in the town of Sava. Around mid September, the grapes are left to dry naturally on the plant and are picked before sunrise, when the night has allowed the plant to cool after the hot sun. This is the perfect temperature to make a wine with a great aromatic intensity.
Ruby red, rich in flavours and sensations, a true legend among Italian Wines. Best served between 14-16 degrees Celsius.
