Fragrant dark cherry with juicy black plum, elegant and silky.

Oyster Bay’s first vintage of Pinot Noir was coined ‘the elusive stuff of dreams’ by UK wine writer Giles Kime. A youthful expressiveness, with seductive silky complexity and dark fruit flavours from our vineyards across the Marlborough region.

With Pinot Noir the fruit is always the primary focus. Marlborough’s warm days and cool nights make it an ideal climate for growing this grape. Matured in French Oak, the result is fragrant, soft and flavourful. Aromas of ripe cherries abound, and sweet fruit tannins provide structure and length. Elegant, cool climate Pinot Noir at its best.
