This deep ruby red Nero d’Avola is made from careful selection of the best organic grapes.  The grapes are fermented with skin contact to extract the colour, body and aromas, before pressing.  50% of the wine is aged in barriques and 50% in concrete tanks for 6 months.

The bouquet is full of red and dark fruits, hints of spice and balsamic, eucalyptus notes. This is a full-bodied wine with well-balanced acidity and lingering spicy black fruit and a long finish.  Ready to drink now or enjoy it anytime in the next 8 years.
