You can return or exchange your order up to 30 days after the receipt of goods (the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund).

Alternatively goods can be returned instore for a full refund.
Returned goods must be in a re-saleble condition with all labels and seals intact. Gift boxes or hampers must have all products present.
Goods must be returned in suitable packaging to ensure care through transit, any damage caused during the return process due to poor packaging will be deducted from the final refund.
