This wine has a ruby colour with beautiful reflections. The nose is marked by delicate scents of morello cherries. The blend is balanced and subtle. Savoury and rich on the palate with lots of Morello cherry and blackberry flavours, some earthy spice and fine tannins. Domaine des Tourelles vineyards are planted in the Bekaa Valley at 1,050 altitude. The grapes are carefully hand-picked during harvest and aging takes place in concrete VATs for up to 24 months. It has a fresh, crisp and fruity mouth feel on the palate with mineral notes, and is rounded off with extremely fresh and marked acidity, with good structure and a delicious mouth-watering finish.
