Ben Marco Malbec Online Delivery UK & Ireland
A testament to the Uco Valley where it is produced, this powerful Malbec is a creation of the renowned husband and wife team Pedro Marchevsky and Susan Balbo who have made a name for themselves in the industry, creating fabulous wines that are highly sought after. This luscious red penetrates the senses with a floral bouquet of fresh black fruits, fragrant herbs, black pepper and aromatic spices with hints of violet. When it comes to taste there’s no mistaking its ripe, juicy and concentrated flavours that harmonise perfectly with oaky vanilla spice, blackberry and well balanced tannins to produce a Malbec with remarkable complexity and length. The juicy, dark fruits that give this Malbec its beautiful, deep purple colour are sourced from Vista Flores in the Uco Valley of Mendoza, Argentina where the grapes are handpicked and undergo a careful process of battonage and fermentation before being aged in French oak barrels for 11 months to extract the maximum colour and flavour.Ben Marco Malbec Product Details

Dark ruby red. The 2013 vintage was characterized by a very rainy and cold spring, which caused the grapes to ripen unevenly and with some delay. Thanks to the rather dry months of September and October, some fruits were able to ripen in time to be harvested and carefully selected. Oak, vanilla nose. Intense fruity notes, toast and red and candied fruit. Pair with grilled red meats, semi-cured cheeses, roasted red meats.
-
Pale gold in colour. Bold and strong in character, this wine has aromas of oak, vanilla, cream and butter on the nose. Flavours of honeydew melon combine with more subtle butter, vanilla and honeysuckle notes on the finish. Download the Living Wine Labels app to hear the stories behind the bottle. 13.5% alc

Jean-Charles’ lifelong passion for wine began in his youth. His parents founded Maison Ropiteau in one of the most traditional wine growing regions of the world. The family vineyard sits in the heart of burgundy. This 100% Pinot Noir is made from grapes grown in the South of France, in clay-limestone, marl and sandy clay soils strewn with pebbles. An easy-drinking wine, it pays tribute to the great noble French varietals and to the roots of Ropiteau Freres. Deep red in colour with ruby highlights. Warm on the nose with red fruits, peach, toast, vanilla and coconut. Full-bodied on the palate with flavours of cherry blackcurrant and liquorice. Ready to drink but can be kept for 1-2 years.
