  • Glaetzer Wallace takes on the traditional Barossa Valley blend of Shiraz and Grenache in a modern way.  The Shiraz brings backbone, flesh and body to the wine with the Grenache adding a soft vibrant juiciness. The Wallace is medium to deep garnet in colour with a flash of purple on the rim.  The aroma is an enticing nose of dark plum, raspberry and lavender with hints of anise and ground spice. On the palate black fruits prevail with touches of pepper and blackcurrant.  Firm, savoury yet rounded tannins balance with brightness and lift.  A wine to enjoy in its youth that will reward careful cellaring up to 5 years.

  • A blend of fruit from 35 year old vines and 120 year old vines is the key to the Bishop Cuvee.  The fruit from the younger vines is fresh and vibrant whilst shiraz from the oldest blocks in the Ebenezer Vineyard give structure and enhance the palate profile. This Bishop has deep rich aromas and flavours of blackberries and ripe dark plums.  It delivers in a pure and supple mode and carries plenty of weight into the soft, fleshy and drinkable finish.     This complex and versatile wine is equally at home with chicken, lamb, veal or salmon and will complement both Mediterranean cuisine and mildly spiced Asian dishes.
  • A deep red colour. Soft and smooth with a ripe aroma of ripe red fruits and herbs. Stewed plum, fig, chocolate, espresso and hints of oak on a fairly full-bodied palate.
  • Pale yellow with hints of green. From the award-winning Hunter’s Estate established by Belfast man Ernie Hunter. Crisp but rich aromas of asparagus, gooseberry and passionfruit. These notes carry on to the palate with a vibrant intensity.
  • Pale yellow in colour with green tints. It has an expressive nose, marrying grapefruit, fresh lime and a subtle touch of tropical fruit. These bright fruits continue onto the palate, which is round, fleshy and framed by a delicate touch of sweetness.
  • Clear pale yellow colour. Aromas of fresh grapes, together with other fruits such as ripe bananas and quince coupled with floral aromas of acacia with hints of roses and rosemary. Smooth and light on the palate, with a luscious finish reminiscent of quince jam. Vegan friendly.
